The property is suited for up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. It works well for single families, 2 families together, generation-holidays etc. It is also well suited to families with smaller children, since the gates can be locked individually (street and pool). The pool area is accessed directly from the property, not via the street.

The private garden is especially nice. It has good space for sunbeds and excellent sun conditions. There is also a large pergola, so you can retire to the shade. Under the pergola there is an outdoor kitchen with gas barbaque and dining table.

Torre de la Horadada is a small seaside town on the Costa Blanca. It is part of Pilar de la Horadada (population 25.000), which is 2 km inland (across the motorway).

There are plenty of beaches along the coast. The closest is the Playa de la Puerto (300 meters from the house). Otherwise the beaches stretches both north and south. All the beaches have fine white sand and shallow waters. There are plenty of beach bars for a drink or quick snack. Some beaches have lifeguards, and all beaches are monitored with flag system. For watersports, there are bicycle boats, banana-boat, sailing school, childrens play area (inflateable castle) within a few hundred meters reach north/south.

The whole area is rather flat and excellent for walking, jogging or bicycling. There are marked bicycle routes in the area. The beach front is paved and beautiful for walking and viewing the ocean.

There are restaurants in nearby shopping centre Plaza Nouvo (300 meters walk), and in Torre de la Horadada Town Square (600 meters walk). Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Some of the old-style Spanish restaurants are worth noting: Victoria (Hacienda-style restaurant with outdoor pool), Vistamar (carved into the cliff-side with ocean views).

The closest supermarket is Monoprix (600 meters), but there are bakeries, fishmongers etc closer. If you drive across to Pilar de la Horadada there are plenty of more supermarkets.

For shopping, the very large shopping centre La Zenia is reccomended. Otherwise there are shopping centres Habaneros and Dos Mares not so far away. Murcia city is also great for shopping with its old town narrow streets (45 mins drive).
